Portrait size

The size of the cartoon portrait is 4800px x 3600px in high resolution.
If you would like custom dimensions, please indicate this in the order notes.
By default, we draw and print landscape portraits. If you would like to draw and print a portrait portrait, please let us know in the notes.

Delivery information

We will send the finished cartoon portrait to you by email for review within 48-72 hours of ordering.
Cash on delivery due to a personalized portrait is not possible for understandable reasons.
The carrier will inform you about the shipment by e-mail and SMS.
We deliver to all EU countries, UK, US, Canada and Australia.
