Portrait size

  • The size of the cartoon portrait is 4800px x 3600px in high resolution.
  • If you would like custom dimensions, please indicate this in the order notes.
  • By default, we draw and print landscape portraits. If you would like to draw and print a portrait portrait, please let us know in the notes.

Delivery information

  • We will send the finished cartoon portrait to you by email for review within 48-72 hours of ordering.
  • Cash on delivery due to a personalized portrait is not possible for understandable reasons.
  • The carrier will inform you about the shipment by e-mail and SMS.
  • We deliver to all EU countries, UK, US, Canada and Australia.
